till our new hall in Kremsmünster will be completed. 20 of our employees are already working at our 2nd base.

24 students gained a first impression of our „moving“ world of engineering. Many thanks to Mr. Walter Weißenböck and Mr. Peter Mandlbauer for the organisation. We hope our visitors had an inspiring and pleasant stay.

Austria’s Leading Companies – award ceremony at the Tabakfabrik in Linz
Once again the KSV1870 awarded together with its partners PwC Austria and Die Presse Austria’s best companies of 2016.
The award has established itself in the meantime as the most coveted economic prize … the economic „Oscar“.
By tackling this freshly as a challange dft achieved the 19th place in the ranking of the „Goldener Mittelbau“-companies.

Neighbours, friends and guests from politics and society followed the invitation of dfts‘ CEOs Jürgen Prenninger and Wolfgang Überwimmer.
dft is doubling its current production capacity by building a new assembly hall over an area of 3.000 m².

Visit at BMW in Munich
At the invitation of Gerhard Riegler, general manager of Aventics Austria, an Austrian delegation visited BMW in Munich. Jürgen Prenninger of dft was among the guests.
It was a successful day with a lot of informative exchange in the technical world of BMW and at „UnternehmerTUM“, the Center for Innovation and Business Creation at TUM.

We celebrated the completion of the extension to our premises in Kremsmünster, the completion of our new „Technikum“ …
together with all our employees and their families, together with all the activists of the construction project and together with very closed friends of the company managers‘.
It was an amazing afternoon in a fabulous setting and with a lot of warm family feeling.

13 years of cooperation – Knorr Bremse and dft
System start up on schedule and 13 years of cooperation gave cause for celebration with special bavarian beer and sausages …
With a typical Upper Austrian present, a so called „Bschoad Binkerl“ the team of dft thanked the delegation of Knorr Bremse Systeme für Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH … for the invitation and for the words of praise which Mr. Carl Kolbeck and Mr. Franz Ratzisberger found for the well and successful cooperation during the last 13 years.
Once again the philosophy of dft turned out to be true:
To recognize requirements – to implement demands – to set standards – TOGETHER.

Election 2015 of Upper Austria’s Leading Companies in Linz at the „Tabakfabrik“
Wirtschaftsblatt, leading Austrian business magazin and its partners PwC Austria and KSV1870 once again looked for Austria’s most dynamic companies.
By facing this challenge dft reached satisfying place 10 among 21 nominated upper Austrian companies in the category „golden midmarket“.
